SEO Lead

HiQain is looking for an experienced SEO Lead to join their onsite team, working full-time during night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role focuses on driving qualified leads and business growth through organic search strategies specifically designed for service industries targeting the US market. The position requires a strategic mindset that prioritizes lead conversion and revenue growth, going beyond simply increasing traffic and rankings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing Local SEO, Global SEO, and Technical SEO to boost online visibility and lead generation. Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB) to enhance local search presence and attract qualified leads. Apply Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques to improve rankings and visibility across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, and other large language models (LLMs). Execute on-page SEO tasks including content optimization, internal linking, and schema markup to enhance site relevance and user experience. Manage off-page SEO efforts like link building, digital PR, citation building, and maintaining local citations with NAP consistency, reviews, and local ranking strategies. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent optimization to align SEO initiatives with business objectives. Perform SEO audits and implement technical fixes focusing on Core Web Vitals and site architecture improvements. Utilize tools such as Google Search Console and GA4 for SEO reporting and analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies. Convert SEO visibility, GBP/GMB optimization, and AEO/GEO efforts into measurable leads and customers, ensuring tangible business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading SEO initiatives that generate qualified leads and drive business growth, particularly within service industries targeting the US market. Expertise in Local SEO, Global SEO, Technical SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization. Strong knowledge of AEO and GEO techniques and their application across various search and generative platforms. Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and effectively implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Experience with SEO audits, technical SEO fixes, and improving Core Web Vitals. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and other analytics platforms. Ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that convert visibility into actual leads and revenue.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with a proven track record of delivering measurable lead-generation results and ranking improvements are highly preferred. Submission of case studies, ranking results, lead-generation outcomes, and a portfolio showcasing successful SEO campaigns will strengthen the application. The role offers competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. This is an onsite position focused on the US market, providing valuable experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
