SEO Link Builder

HK Technologies is seeking a results-oriented SEO Link Builder with extensive hands-on experience in backlink acquisition, link outreach, link exchanges, and off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled at consistently building a high volume of quality backlinks by identifying relevant websites, conducting outreach, negotiating placements, and meeting daily link-building targets. This role requires a practical, execution-focused professional who can independently manage all aspects of link acquisition and maintain strong communication with content and SEO teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Consistently build backlinks and achieve assigned daily and monthly link-building targets.
- Identify relevant websites and backlink opportunities using Google search operators, competitor analysis, and SEO tools.
- Conduct manual outreach to website owners, bloggers, publishers, and SEO professionals.
- Execute reciprocal link-building campaigns and negotiate mutually beneficial link exchanges.
- Identify and manage ABC link exchange opportunities.
- Acquire backlinks through guest posts, niche edits, link insertions, and other effective link-building methods.
- Research competitor backlink profiles to discover and replicate valuable link opportunities.
- Evaluate websites based on niche relevance, organic traffic, authority, backlink profile, indexing status, and overall quality.
- Maintain organized records of outreach contacts, negotiations, placements, and live backlinks.
- Monitor acquired backlinks to ensure they remain active and correctly placed.
- Coordinate with content and SEO teams regarding anchor text, target URLs, and placement requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly backlink acquisition reports.
- Maintain a balance between backlink quantity, relevance, and quality.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in SEO link building and backlink acquisition.
- Strong practical understanding of off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with reciprocal link building, link exchanges, and ABC link exchanges.
- Ability to build a high volume of backlinks and consistently meet daily performance targets.
- Proficiency in email outreach, follow-ups, and link placement negotiations.
- Solid understanding of backlink quality factors including website relevance, authority, organic traffic, and anchor text.
- Familiarity with guest posting, niche edits, and contextual backlinks.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Excellent research, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably achieve assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Previous experience working with healthcare, medical, dental, telehealth, or other healthcare-related websites.
- Experience building backlinks for international websites, particularly U.S.-based domains.
- Familiarity with healthcare SEO and niche-specific link acquisition strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple link-building campaigns simultaneously.

This is a permanent onsite position based in Lahore, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during the specified hours. The role is focused on hands-on link building and backlink acquisition rather than SEO strategy or management.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs20,000 to Rs30,000.
