A reputable packaging company based in Bahria Town, Lahore, is seeking a skilled SEO & Local SEO Expert to enhance its online presence, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on local search optimization. This role requires a professional who can independently develop and execute effective SEO strategies, perform technical audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business growth. The position is full-time and on-site, offering a competitive salary aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and Local SEO strategies aimed at improving search engine rankings, boosting website traffic, and increasing lead generation.
- Conduct thorough website audits and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles, maintain local citations, ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, and enhance Local Pack visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and execute link-building campaigns.
- Apply structured data markup, enhance website performance, and resolve indexing and crawling issues.
- Monitor SEO metrics using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and development teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior SEO staff.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in SEO and Local SEO with a proven record of improving organic rankings, local search visibility, and conversion rates.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including schema markup, local citations, backlink management, and website performance optimization.
- Experience managing multiple websites and running diverse SEO campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Business Profile management, and review platforms.
- Basic understanding of PHP and API integrations is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills combined with demonstrated team leadership abilities.
