SEO Manager

WayTech Solutions is seeking a results-oriented SEO Manager to lead and optimize SEO operations that drive business growth and enhance online visibility. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns, performing in-depth website analyses, and delivering measurable improvements in search rankings and organic traffic. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs while managing a team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEO campaigns aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Perform technical website audits to uncover indexing issues, technical barriers, and optimization gaps.
- Lead link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and improve off-page SEO performance.
- Develop and implement local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, to boost local search visibility.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic metrics, and overall campaign progress to ensure targets are met.
- Manage and mentor SEO team members, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for clients and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of professional SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving qualified traffic to websites.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, off-page SEO, and local search optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Experience managing SEO projects, coordinating teams, and handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills to effectively lead campaigns and interact with clients.

Additional Details:
- Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM
- Location: 13 Tipu Garden Town, Lahore
- Pay Range: Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month
- Work Arrangement: In-person
