SEO Outreach Expert

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented SEO Outreach Expert with a minimum of two years of practical experience in link building, outreach campaigns, and SEO data analysis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using paid SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush, possess strong communication and writing abilities, and demonstrate the capability to meet diverse client requirements within established deadlines. This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement SEO outreach and link-building campaigns across various client projects.
- Utilize paid SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, and other relevant platforms to analyze keyword metrics, website statistics, domain authority, traffic, and backlink profiles.
- Perform data-driven prospecting to identify suitable websites and outreach opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Manage email outreach efforts, engage with website owners and publishers, and negotiate link placements effectively.
- Analyze and verify website metrics to ensure prospects meet SEO criteria and campaign standards.
- Customize outreach strategies to accommodate the unique requirements of different clients.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, monitor campaign progress, and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and outreach targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and uphold quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

- At least 2 years of professional experience in SEO outreach and link building.
- Proficient in using paid SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush for keyword research, website metric analysis, and prospect evaluation.
- Strong understanding of SEO metrics, backlink analysis, keyword statistics, and website assessment.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for crafting professional emails and outreach messages.
- Effective verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to comprehend and fulfill diverse client requirements efficiently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Quick adaptability to new tools, processes, and outreach strategies.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs45,000.
