We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our reputable HR services and employment facilitation company. This full-time, office-based role is located at our main office on PWD Road, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing, SEO, and paid promotions, with a proven ability to manage and execute successful online campaigns. This position involves hands-on management of digital platforms and paid advertising efforts to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. Manage and expand social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement. Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns. Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook), and YouTube to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor digital analytics closely, prepare detailed performance reports, and continuously refine campaigns to improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree (BS, 16 years of education) in a relevant discipline is mandatory. Candidates must hold certifications, diplomas, or have completed formal courses in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Paid Promotions. A professional experience range of 3 to 5 years in digital marketing and SEO is required. Applicants should be between 23 and 35 years of age. Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad is essential due to the office-based nature of this role.
Additional Information
