SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist based in Islamabad to enhance the organic search performance of our skincare brand’s e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in SEO, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry, and will be responsible for driving search visibility, increasing revenue, and improving overall website rankings. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical SEO, content strategy, and on-page optimization, with a focus on ingredient-driven and transactional skincare keywords. The position is full-time and on-site in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize collection pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and internal linking structures to target transactional skincare keywords effectively.
- Develop and implement keyword and content strategies centered around skin concerns, active ingredients, and skincare routines; collaborate closely with content writers to produce educational blog posts.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog to identify and resolve crawl and indexing issues; manage schema markup including Product and Review JSON-LD; and enhance Core Web Vitals for improved site performance.
- Build high-quality backlinks by securing authoritative beauty and skincare-related links through digital PR and outreach efforts.
- Track and report on organic traffic, revenue attribution, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven SEO experience, ideally within e-commerce or the skincare/beauty niche.
- Proficiency with Shopify or WooCommerce platforms and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including structured data implementation, canonical tags, site speed optimization, and crawl budget management.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is mandatory due to the on-site nature of the role.
