SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance the online presence of our websites. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing website content and structure to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Your expertise in SEO strategies will directly contribute to driving business growth and improving overall digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to guide effective content optimization.
- Implement both on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website performance.
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics, providing regular reports to track progress.
- Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content development.
- Manage Google Tag Manager and metadata to enable accurate tracking and optimization efforts.
- Utilize knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress to support technical website optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Leverage social media management skills to support SEO objectives and increase online engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and how SEO fits within broader marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Additional knowledge of search engines, research methodologies, and CSS is considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000.
- This position requires in-person work at the designated office location.
