SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our clients’ search engine visibility, increase organic traffic, and boost enquiries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing various aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, technical, and local strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze data, optimize websites, and deliver measurable results to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Oversee and optimize Google Business Profiles to maximize local search presence.
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, and conversion metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and other relevant SEO platforms.
- Provide daily updates on completed tasks, ongoing projects, and any obstacles encountered to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports documenting work completed, performance comparisons, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain prompt communication, respond quickly to messages, and be available during agreed working hours.
- Participate in meetings, adhere to deadlines, and escalate any issues or concerns immediately to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrable practical experience in SEO with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools and a solid understanding of current SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
- Experience working with UK-based businesses and a good grasp of local SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to produce clear, insightful reports.
