SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance our website’s search engine rankings while driving increased organic traffic. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization to ensure sustained growth and improved online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement website optimization techniques to enhance site performance.
- Manage link building campaigns and conduct backlink analysis to strengthen domain authority.
- Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Semrush to monitor keyword rankings and website traffic.
- Continuously track and analyze SEO performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO principles and website optimization strategies.
- Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis methodologies.
- Experience with link building and backlink profile management.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and either Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Ability to monitor keyword rankings and implement tactics to increase organic traffic.
- Understanding of SEO audits and website performance optimization techniques.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site, fostering close collaboration with the team and ensuring hands-on involvement in SEO initiatives.
