SEO Specialist

Sultan Tag is looking for a skilled and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of professional SEO experience and possess a strong understanding of search engine algorithms. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive more traffic. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing the company’s digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic search rankings and overall website performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and evaluate search intent to guide optimization efforts.
- Optimize website components such as content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for website optimization.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, including backlink analysis and link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Prepare detailed SEO reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices to maintain SEO effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Proficient in keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and link-building strategies.
- Practical experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and professional SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Bahria Town, Lahore office.
- Candidates must currently reside outside Lahore and be willing to relocate; applicants already living in Lahore are requested not to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience and expertise.
