SEO Specialist - On Page

Infina Health is seeking an experienced Technical and On-Page SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in developing and executing effective SEO strategies that enhance website performance and boost online visibility. The position requires working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing health-focused organization by driving organic growth through technical expertise and on-page optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO:
- Lead strategic SEO initiatives leveraging over five years of experience to achieve high rankings for competitive keywords and generate quality leads.
- Perform thorough technical SEO audits, addressing website structure elements such as URL architecture, navigation, and internal linking to optimize site performance.
- Manage server-side configurations including redirects, status codes, and server response times to improve SEO outcomes. Identify and resolve crawl issues to ensure efficient indexing by search engines.
- Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis to gain actionable insights. Apply mobile optimization techniques to enhance technical SEO performance.

On-Page SEO:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and analyze competition, informing data-driven on-page optimization strategies.
- Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content to improve search engine visibility. Implement structured data, image optimization, and use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for enhanced on-page SEO.
- Support content strategy by ensuring relevance, structure, and readability align with SEO best practices. Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine optimization tactics.
- Employ A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methods to improve user engagement and maximize the effectiveness of on-page elements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience specializing in technical and on-page SEO.
- Proven track record of achieving high search rankings and generating leads through strategic SEO efforts.
- Expertise in conducting detailed technical SEO audits and implementing actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of server-side SEO factors, crawl issue resolution, and mobile optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis.
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO techniques involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, and image optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance website performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Expertise
- Skilled in keyword research, metadata creation, internal linking, URL and heading structure optimization, image SEO, schema markup, user intent analysis, content gap identification, and SEO plugin usage.
- Advanced technical SEO capabilities including website auditing, crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals optimization, site speed performance, indexing and crawl budget management, HTTPS implementation, and security best practices.
- High proficiency in a broad range of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, Sitebulb, Google Tag Manager, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Yoast SEO, Rank Math, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
