SEO Specialist

PRIME BPO is seeking a skilled and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join its dynamic software team based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies who are eager to grow their careers in a professional environment. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and requires a hands-on approach to improving website visibility and organic search rankings through effective SEO techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and overall website performance.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify relevant search opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform both on-page and off-page SEO activities, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Carry out technical SEO audits to detect and resolve issues affecting website performance and search engine visibility.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics regularly.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities to improve search visibility and traffic.
- Plan and implement link-building and backlink acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and other teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Utilize tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor SEO health and troubleshoot indexing, crawling, and technical issues.
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Continuously test and refine strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Meet assigned SEO targets and contribute actively to the company’s digital growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in SEO is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proven experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and basic website structure including HTML, URLs, and metadata.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into effective strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple SEO tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates must be comfortable working the specified shift from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
