ICT Systems Pvt. Ltd., a Dubai-based software house with over 14 years of expertise in ERP software development, is seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join its Karachi office. The company’s flagship product, WebDesk ERP, serves government institutions, multinational corporations, and large organizations in Dubai and Pakistan. With a strong commitment to innovation and a paperless environment, ICT Systems also offers services in SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and graphic design. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet deadlines for improving keyword rankings and overall SEO performance.
- Provide content development recommendations aligned with SEO goals, both general and keyword-specific.
- Manage website administration, including basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting systems.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to inform SEO strategies.
- Take full ownership of assigned websites and deliver results according to targets.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm changes.
- Execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies, including link building.
- Achieve targets related to organic traffic growth and conversion rate optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ranking websites targeting UAE and US markets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and SEM trends, search engine algorithms, and recent updates.
- Strong experience with website analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficient in managing and administering content across multiple CMS platforms.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content requirements, and traffic-driven keyword research.
