SEO Team Lead

The SEO Team Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve search rankings for both client and internal projects. This position involves managing and mentoring a team of SEO executives, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of SEO initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform strategy.
- Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement necessary fixes.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Ensure adherence to SEO best practices across all projects to maintain consistent improvement.
- Manage client SEO strategies, prepare reports, conduct performance reviews, and lead client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to optimize SEO outcomes.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Plan tasks, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Review and approve SEO reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for client-facing monthly meetings.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing SEO projects and teams.
- Solid understanding of all aspects of SEO, including technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
- Experience in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
