SEO Technical content Writer

Soft Nation Technologies is seeking a skilled SEO Technical Content Writer to join their team based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The role involves creating high-quality, SEO-optimized technical content that effectively communicates complex IT concepts to a broader audience. This is an in-person position with working hours from 12 pm to 9 pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical writing and SEO, with experience in IT services or software-related industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit a variety of SEO-focused technical content, including blog posts, service pages, case studies, whitepapers, and knowledge-base articles.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and develop content briefs that align with search intent and content silo strategies.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices such as optimizing meta tags, header structures, internal linking, and applying schema or structured data.
- Translate complex technical topics like cloud computing, DevOps, software architecture, cybersecurity, and SaaS into clear, accurate, and accessible content for non-technical readers.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to gather precise technical information for content accuracy.
- Monitor content performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, and make data-driven improvements to enhance rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
- Review and optimize existing content to address SEO gaps and update outdated technical information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience writing SEO content, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or software companies.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, internal linking, and meta tag optimization.
- Proven ability to comprehend and write about technical subjects such as cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- A portfolio showcasing published content with measurable results in search rankings or traffic growth.
- Excellent command of English writing and editing skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with basic HTML and content management systems like WordPress.
- Experience collaborating with development or engineering teams.
- Hands-on exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or Google Search Console.
