SEO/ASO Specialist

Connect Technologies is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with over two years of expertise in search optimization, keyword research, and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for improving app visibility and performance, particularly within the Android and iOS ecosystems. Experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) is highly desirable, as the role focuses on enhancing the organic presence of mobile applications on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, and overall store listings to maximize visibility.
- Monitor keyword rankings and track organic performance metrics regularly.
- Perform A/B testing to improve app store conversion rates and user engagement.
- Utilize ASO and analytics tools to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to align strategies and improve app visibility.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO and ASO to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEO or App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Strong knowledge of keyword research methodologies and organic growth strategies.
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience with Android and iOS app optimization is a significant advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type and Location:
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Citi Housing Society, Gujranwala. The role requires working in person to facilitate close collaboration with internal teams.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between Rs24,056.62 and Rs98,662.22 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
