Service Engineer - Chinese Speaker

Nalco, an Ecolab company, is seeking a Service Engineer who is fluent in Chinese to join its leading Nalco Water team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in an autonomous work environment. You will be part of a skilled team supporting water treatment applications across various industries, focusing on delivering exceptional service and technical solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships with a strong emphasis on exceeding customer expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives within strategic district accounts, executing customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
- Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys for prospective customers and support start-ups of new applications for both existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned districts, offering technical support and addressing customer challenges effectively.
- Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
- Support services including sample testing, light maintenance, service report generation, chemical ordering and inventory management, and general labor activities.
- Adhere to Ecolab’s safety guidelines and incident reporting protocols.
- Travel within the assigned territory, which includes Hyderabad and Thar, to support sales activities and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of technical service or field sales support experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work comfortably in various conditions and perform essential job duties.
- Must pass a drug screen and physical examination.
- Residency in Karachi, Hyderabad, or Thar is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to sell value-added products.
