Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications by leveraging hands-on experience with client scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Notifications, and Script Includes. Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer or traditional Workflow tools to automate various business processes. Work closely with Agile teams to ensure iterative development and timely delivery of solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and provide production support to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange. Write and maintain scripts that support ServiceNow customization and automation efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree or an equivalent technical qualification is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong scripting background is required. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure services and system administration principles is necessary to succeed in this role. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices is important for effective collaboration within teams. Experience working specifically with ServiceNow CMDB and its related modules is a must.
