We are seeking a Mid-Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our technology team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This position involves working on complex implementations, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements while collaborating closely with architects, technical teams, business stakeholders, and global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Build reusable components using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
- Work across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Workspaces.
- Develop solutions using UI Builder and configurable workspaces.
- Configure and troubleshoot CMDB Identification & Reconciliation rules and manage CI relationships.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to support business needs.
- Analyze and resolve upgrade skipped records and support ServiceNow upgrade activities.
- Configure clone rules, data exclusions, and preservation requirements.
- Develop and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Adhere to ServiceNow development, security, and coding standards.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Solid experience with Flow Designer.
- Proven ability to develop REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience working with one or more of the following: CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Workspaces, or Performance Analytics.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and skipped-record remediation.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow testing practices.
- Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, and ServiceNow security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- CIS certifications in ITSM, CMDB, or Discovery.
- Experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities such as AI Search or Predictive Intelligence.
