Services Contract & Billing Lead

The Services Contract & Billing Lead role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget by managing billing processes and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-month billing activities, ensuring all service billing aligns accurately with Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders to collect necessary billing information for precise invoicing.
- Track project billing against budgeted amounts in the SOWs, identifying discrepancies and working with Project Managers to resolve them.
- Maintain comprehensive billing documentation, including SOWs, Project Change Requests (PCRs), billing reports, and related records.
- Review invoices monthly for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly, collaborating with internal teams and clients as required.
- Prepare regular reports detailing billing activities, invoicing status, billing cycle metrics, and outstanding invoices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing operations and enhance accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from Project Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Managers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in management, business, IT, or a related field preferred for candidates in Pakistan; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred for candidates in the US.
- Demonstrated experience in service billing, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial principles, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and billing systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
