Key Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the US logistics market. Your role involves onboarding new clients, managing and growing existing accounts, and driving revenue through relationship-driven sales efforts. You will earn commissions that increase as your client base expands, emphasizing sustainable performance over aggressive sales targets.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably within a BPO or logistics-related environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and nurture lasting partnerships. The ability to work flexible night shifts—either 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM—is required. A commitment to consistent attendance and performance during the six-day workweek is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
ABS International offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month, depending on experience. Additional earnings include a monthly attendance allowance of PKR 3,000, commission based on the revenue you generate, and daily cash rewards tied to performance. Total monthly earnings can exceed PKR 200,000. Employees receive 15 days of fully paid annual leave and enjoy a 30-minute break plus a separate Namaz break during shifts.
