Servicing Training Specialist - KYC

This role plays a crucial part in supporting business goals by delivering effective learning and development initiatives. The specialist will conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, facilitate continuous learning opportunities, and ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date. By contributing to the creation of a new global financial network, the successful candidate will help make international money transfers easier and more affordable for people and businesses everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Facilitation: Deliver engaging, facilitator-led training sessions primarily in person, following established guides and Train the Trainer programs. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in designated areas and conduct refresher trainings based on learning needs analysis.

- Training Planning and Logistics: Coordinate timely scheduling of training sessions in collaboration with Recruitment, Workforce Management, and Operations teams. Ensure appropriate training venues and equipment are arranged, and all participant access requirements are met prior to sessions. Manage enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.

- Support Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback, assessments, and observations to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Provide actionable insights to senior specialists or training leads and regularly update training content to reflect current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

- Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate trainees’ comprehension through quizzes, assessments, and practical exercises. Share performance feedback with Operational Leads and Training Leads to support ongoing development.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work cross-functionally to align training initiatives with compliance and business objectives. Provide regular feedback and training reports to stakeholders and distribute new hire scorecards to monitor progress.

- Continuous Learning: Maintain operational knowledge by participating in case handling and operational activities as required. Stay updated on standard operating procedures and best practices, incorporating these insights into training enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Certified Facilitator: Completion of internal certification programs qualifying the candidate to facilitate training sessions, with a strong commitment to organizational training standards and protocols.

- Facilitation Experience: Proven experience delivering training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences, utilizing various facilitation techniques to engage participants and optimize learning outcomes.

- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly, fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment.

- Adaptability and Responsiveness: Skilled at tailoring facilitation methods to accommodate different learning styles and backgrounds, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to participant feedback during sessions.
