  • Customer Tackling Skills must be Good
  • Management Skills are at a Good Level

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming or outgoing calls promptly and professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the Services you are providing them
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and service updates
