Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using approved cold calling scripts to generate interest and schedule follow-up actions.
Qualify leads effectively by identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate products or services offered by Seven Heaven Communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Follow up on leads generated from cold calling efforts to nurture potential sales opportunities and close deals.
Continuously improve communication techniques to handle objections, answer questions, and overcome resistance during calls.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets to contribute to overall sales performance.
