Warehouse Worker / Office Boy

Seven Impex in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a diligent and dependable Warehouse Worker / Office Boy to support both warehouse and office operations. This dual-role requires an individual who is physically active, punctual, and capable of handling a variety of tasks including stock management, cleaning, and assisting office staff. The position provides an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by assisting with the loading, unloading, sorting, and organization of inventory as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Additionally, the role includes supporting daily office requirements such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness in the office and meeting areas, and performing light administrative tasks like photocopying and filing. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of matric education or equivalent and up to one year of relevant experience, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness. This position does not involve team management but requires effective coordination with supervisors and colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving stock or inventory items within the warehouse efficiently and safely.
Pack, unpack, sort, and organize products to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and neatness of the warehouse area to comply with operational and safety standards.
Report any damaged stock, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to office staff and guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Assist with photocopying, filing, and managing local document deliveries or errands as requested by management.
Perform general daily office support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Comply with all workplace policies, procedures, and standards related to warehouse safety and office conduct.
Manage time effectively to handle responsibilities in both warehouse and office environments without disruption.
