Responsibilities
- Experience working on Amazon Seller Centre.
- Experienced in creating, monitoring & optimizing Amazon listings.
- Hands-on experience in Amazon Store Design.
- Manage A+ Content & keep Store up-to-date.
- Must have up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and ensures that our listings comply with it.
- Raising cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve pinch points.
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose a strategy.
- Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth
- Monitor the accounts’ health, and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine.
- Understand and implement SEO best practices.
- Use appropriate Amazon follow-up tools to drive reviews and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience with Amazon product or account management.
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central Experience.
- Must have experience in preparing FBA shipments.
- Must have strong knowledge of listings optimization.
- Must have strong knowledge of keyword research using various tools.
- Must have good knowledge of preparing the flat file.
- At least Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
