We are looking for an experienced SQA Engineer for our Islamabad office, who will be responsible for:
- Helping the team adapt test automation in the software development lifecycle.
- Reviewing and analyzing requirements in order to identify the best solutions and the best way to deliver them with the development team.
- Preparing, managing, and executing project test plans.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Defining corrective actions and coordinating between different stakeholders within the project.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software testing.
- Has proven experience in implementing automation in their team.
- Should be able to define the scope and feasibility of automation.
- Should be able to help and drive the team in adapting automation in day to day activities.
- Experience with tools that can enhance test activities and automation like Appium, WebDriverIO, Postman, Jmeter etc.
- Can review and analyze requirements to provide timely feedback.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
- Should own the Agile development process across the team and help in making improvements.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies.
- Working knowledge of issue/defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively.
- Experience in web and mobile application testing.
