We are urgently seeking a skilled Sewing Manager with experience in towel manufacturing to join a multinational garments factory based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role is ideal for a Bangladeshi professional who is interested in relocating to Pakistan and contributing to a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will oversee sewing operations, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow within the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the sewing department to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with production planning and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Lead, train, and motivate sewing operators to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Monitor machine maintenance and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the sewing section.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments such as cutting, finishing, and quality assurance to streamline processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sewing Manager or similar role in the towel manufacturing or garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and production processes specific to towels.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Willingness to relocate from Bangladesh to Karachi, Pakistan.
