'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and Instore Media Solutions is looking for an 'Accounts Officer The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Candidates having hands-on experience with SAP B1 will be preferable.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain customer ledger of assigned division/branch(s) on accounting software on a daily basis.
- Record and Reconcile payment detail submitted by branches with bank ledgers on a weekly basis.
- Reconciliation of customer ledger maintained at the Head Office with customer records maintained by the branch/sales team.
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers from time to time.
- To receive & record cash/cheques received from customers/sales team in cash book/cheque register on a prompt basis and preservation of postdated cheques.
