- Perform inspections and tests as required by the discipline all Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities at site
- Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain the QA/QC files related to assignment
- Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality/Productivity Improvement Reports.
- Implementation of quality plan for this project, which include inspection, testing and proper documentation
- Very good knowledge of the electrical and Instrumentation drawings
- Ensure that all works complied with client/contractor issued (IFC) drawing, applicable standards and specification.
- Installation, wiring and cable laying, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and hipot test.
- Have thorough knowledge for the installation and testing of the HV & LV Switchgear, MCC,
- Cables and other electrical system
- Experience in the installation and testing of the Indoor and Outdoor lighting such as street lights, High mast lights etc.
- Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety procedures and maintenance rules are respected.
- Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications.
- Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.
- Inspect and witness the construction works as per their approved Inspection Test Plan.
- Ensure the effective coordination with the client related to inspection, testing activities and documentation.
- Maintain all Quality Control Report.
