  • Handle client queries/requests for information.

  • Participate in the order review activities of routine nature. Assist the Divisional Manager where order requirements are unique or new.

  •  Visit clients for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback.
