• Responsible for building positive interactions and relationships with customers and communicating across E-mail, Calls, messages, and live chat on different social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, with excellent clear and concise communication skills. Assist customer's needs with product selection, order verification and placement, replacement, returns, shipping and aftersales issues resolutions.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products orders and brand.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Assist customers with after-sales service issues
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records and logs of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
