A leading women’s wear brand requires an experienced Production Manager to join their exciting and rapidly growing women’s wear luxury brand.
- Following-up on orders from the time they are placed by the buyers till their final delivery as per time & quality standards committed to the clients.
- Oversee and deliver ready-to-wear collections per year
- Constantly review and implement new processes and structure to improve quality
- Establishing relationship with buyers and dealing with vendor
- Create and manage seasonal critical path for Development, Production, from grading and post-market pattern work through to final deliveries.
- Manage and update Fabric Sourcing and product Development with seasonal range plan and fabric grid.
- Manage and coordinate pre-production
- Manage and present end-of-seasonal analysis of Production
- developing vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchases
- Regular visits to ensure production is running smoothly
- Management of QC process at factory
