To incorporate working days, overtime and late sittings to process the monthly Payroll.
To prepare salary, overtime, late sitting and other benefits related summaries and comparative analysis reports with graphs on monthly basis.
To prepare comparative analysis summary of salary with last three months.
To prepare advance against salary detail for both cash and bank payments.
To prepare final settlement cases of leaving employees and process their clearance.
To keep the Salary Sheets updated all the time as per the approved format.
To keep close liaison with finance department for PESSI and EOBI payments and deductions etc.
To update of record in PESSI and EOBI System (Employees’ Addition & Deletion).
