- Maintenance of medical record.
- PCAA medical form for Cabin Crew preparation.
- Preparation of list for purchasing of required items.
- Preparation of medical kit boxes for flights.
- To maintain the initial medical fitness record of Cabin Crew.
- Perform periodic visits to Aircrafts along with Flight Surgeon to verify availability of medical kits and its expiry.
- To attend all drills (Fire, wet evacuation and mockup).
- Perform weight monitoring of cabin crew.
- Prepare cockpit crew covering letters for reply to PCAA (AOC meeting points).
- Prepare sick reports and medical certificates of staff related to flight (other than Cabin/Cockpit Crew).
- Handover the medical certificate of cockpit and Cabin Crew to the scheduling (Issue / Submit and Generate email information).
- To coordinate with Cabin and Cockpit Crew via call, SMS, etc. regarding medical matters.
- Ensure safe & secure custody of all medicines and equipment available in Flight Surgeon Office.
