The General Manager – Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational and production activities of Shaheen Precast Company. The role focuses on improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and fostering coordination between departments such as Production, Sales, Procurement, and HR. The GM Operations ensures that company objectives, timelines, and standards are consistently met.
- Plan, organize, and supervise all operational and production activities of the company.
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure effective coordination between Production, Sales, Planning, and Procurement departments.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of product quality and operational safety.
- Oversee the maintenance and efficient use of machinery, materials, and manpower.
- Evaluate staff performance and recommend training or improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management.
- Implement company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs, minimize downtime, and increase productivity.
- Handle operational challenges and make quick, effective decisions when required.
