Shaheen Precast is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement effective human resource strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role demands a skilled professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will ensure an efficient recruitment process, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and maintain workplace policies that foster a positive and legally compliant work environment. This position requires a deep understanding of performance appraisal systems and the ability to coordinate employee development programs to enhance organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings between five to eight years of experience in human resources, with at least two years in a managerial capacity, although direct team management is not required in this role. The HR Manager will handle employee grievances, oversee compensation and benefits administration, and support culture-building and organizational change efforts. They will maintain accurate HR documentation, monitor key HR metrics, and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Masters degree or professional HR certification considered an advantage.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Shaheen Precasts organizational objectives.
  • Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at improving retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure legal compliance and support organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and manage performance management systems, including conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Track HR metrics and prepare detailed reports for management to evaluate HR effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations at all times.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational change, culture development, and employee satisfaction.
