Manager Guest House

Shaheen Precast is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Guest House to lead the daily operations of our guest house facility. The successful candidate ensures exceptional standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction while maintaining the propertys cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role requires supervising various support functions including housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen services while managing reservations and providing seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Although this position does not involve managing a formal team, the Manager Guest House collaborates closely with service staff and external vendors to deliver high-quality service. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and be proficient in common office and reservation systems, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficient guest environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily operations of the guest house, ensuring all functional areas run smoothly.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and support staff to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance supplies to avoid shortages.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance work with external vendors to maintain property integrity.
- Maintain accurate operational records, occupancy reports, and expense tracking to support management decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Manage budgets, petty cash, and vendor payments responsibly as assigned.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support continuous guest house operations.
