- Prepare and implement the ‘Master Validation Plan’ covering all major activities related to process, cleaning and equipment.
- To conduct review meetings (Monthly and annually) and update the status regularly.
- Performed daily Calibration of different Equipment.
- Support USR, FATs, SATs, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ as appropriate of plant and equipment, reviewing documentation and advising team members to deliver best practice.
Develop CAPA, Identifying an issue, Implement resolution plans, Evaluate the criticality of an issue, Investigate the root cause of an issue, Communicate CAPA-related information, and closing of CAPA.
