Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in real estate sales to contribute to our growing success. The ideal candidate will have a presentable demeanor, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Present properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information about features, amenities, and market conditions.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in real estate sales.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
