Sharp Minds is looking for a dedicated Order Booking Officer with at least two years of experience in Lahore. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in order management and customer relationship management, along with a sound understanding of the market dynamics in the region. This role requires maintaining strong public relations and building lasting connections with traders and retailers to ensure smooth and effective order processing. The position does not involve managing a team, focusing instead on individual contribution and direct client interaction. The Order Booking Officer plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately taking and processing orders while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize delivery and service quality. The candidate must demonstrate excellent market knowledge and a proactive approach to managing relationships within the trade and retail sectors. This position demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive professional networks that support business growth. Motor bike & valid driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with traders and retailers to effectively manage order bookings and resolve any issues.
- Monitor market conditions and trends to provide insights that support improved order management and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate promptly with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate regularly with customers to update them on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes affecting their orders.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and market information to optimize reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations throughout the order booking process.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.
- Support promotional activities and marketing efforts by providing timely feedback and information from market interactions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in building and nurturing networks within the trading and retail community to enhance Sharp Minds’ market presence.
