Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

In this role, you will develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns, closely monitor competitors and market trends, and ensure the continuous improvement of the company website and social media presence. You will be responsible for tracking leads, conversions, and campaign performance, preparing detailed marketing reports, and suggesting new promotional strategies to drive growth. Your experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, and lead generation will be instrumental in achieving business goals. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain active social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content across social media channels.
Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor Meta (Facebook) and Google advertising campaigns to maximize lead generation.
Develop comprehensive monthly marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Track and analyze competitors' activities and current market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Enhance and maintain the companys website and social media presence through consistent updates and SEO practices.
Perform basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks and manage the Google Business Profile.
Monitor lead flow, conversions, and overall campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports summarizing marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing leads are effectively converted into paying customers.
Research and propose new marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to support business growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
