Responsibilities:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets and ensuring its continual growth.
- Recruiting, training, and conducting regular performance appraisals. Leading, guiding, directing employees and ensuring a healthy working environment.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. The main objective is to contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development and overall profitability of the company as determined by the company's strategic goals.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Evaluating success of its region in achieving goals and formulating plans to correct any issues if it is not achieving the stated goals.
- Maintaining awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of education with excellent grades.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial role in some reputed organization.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
- An innovative and motivational mentality.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and goal-oriented.
- Current working knowledge of the industry and the willingness to maintain your knowledge.
Salary:
120,000/- per month.
Will be increased to 150,000/- per month upon successful completion of probation period.
