Following is the list of Daily/Passive responsibilities of Front Desk Officer:
Greeting members in such a way that they genuinely feel welcome and comfortable.
Providing information on fees, packages and offers to existing members, potential members and visitors.
Handling phone calls and other correspondence (mails, e-mails and other letters etc).
Solving issues of members and acting as a medium of communication between members and management.
Keeping the Reception area clean and well-organized (ensuring complete observance of recommended Covid-19 SOPs)
Ensuring that brochures and products are properly displayed.
Willing to undertake similar/general office duties at the request of The Gym Management.
