As we grow, we seek a dedicated HR & Admin Manager to support our expanding team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle staff scheduling, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Resolve employee conflicts professionally and maintain a positive work culture.
- Organize regular training & grooming workshops to enhance staff skills.
- Monitor salon standards, staff grooming, punctuality, and conduct.
- Ensure the salon runs smoothly with timely supply of products and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage administrative operations including documentation, licenses, and vendor coordination.
- Support salon managers with day-to-day tasks and strategic planning.
- Handle petty cash and basic accounts related to admin operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and business data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in HR/Admin, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beauty/grooming industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
- Professional appearance and a passion for the grooming and beauty industry.
