Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for various departments.
Generate automated reports and visualizations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Ensure real-time and accurate data presentation aligned with program needs.
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Maintain and update centralized databases used for reporting and monitoring.
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Support program and project evaluations through data interpretation.
Work closely with program teams to identify data and visualization needs.
Present findings and insights in meetings and reports for decision-making.
Ensure data reporting aligns with donor, internal, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboard logic and data sources.
Train internal staff on interpreting dashboards and using reporting tools.
Support the development of data literacy across the organization.
