- Coordinate with provincial manager, who will be responsible for project implementation at district level
- Maintain district wise record of food request, receiving and distribution for each district
- Oversee the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities based on the expected results in the activity as per plan
- Finalization of all type of reports, case studies/ success stories for submission to donor
- Ensure the projection of project activities
- Regular coordination and liaison with district and provincial team
- Regularly monitor progress to ensure that targets are being achieve as per plan
- Provide mentoring and training to staff to develop their capacity
- Oversee the preparation of progress reports on all activities in the province and ensure they are submitted to the main head office in accordance with agreed timescales
- Maintain a close working relationship with line manager to ensure that the donor is kept informed of project progress and to alert of any issues that are likely to adversely affect the successful implementation of projects
- Ensure that the Admin & Finance Office regularly checks the projects asset register and ensure that it is compliant
