- Take care of the organizational vehicle, maintenance and keep the vehicle clean on daily basis.
- Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle log book.
- Strictly follow traffic rules & regulations and handle local and organizational formalities when involved in an accident; ensure that all rules & regulations and procedures are followed correctly.
- Collect mail from admin and deliver at respective locations
- Follow strictly the SF policies, particularly security & confidentiality
- Willing to perform other duties during specific campaigns as directed by the supervisor
- Available for extra duty when and where required
- Assist in loading, unloading on the need basis
- Assist in bank-related tasks as requested by the finance department and directed by admin
- Assist the receptionist when required
- Any other official work assigned by the Manager, Admin & Procurement.
