- To technically monitor program progress against set targets, objectives and indicators
- To get familiar with WASH systems and use it to manage the beneficiary database.
- To assist in data compilation from all sources and its presentation in relative forms/data tools.
- To assist in the provision of supporting documentation for preparation of reports in relation to appropriate data presentation.
- To maintain database, data analysis and report writing.
- Development of tools for different studies and monitoring tools.
- To collect reports from the team and enter into the database.
- To prepare the weekly and monthly reports and present to donors and district governments.
- Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure the effective implementation of M&E.
- Responsible to manage the warehouse database.
- Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.
- Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations.
- Develop M&E system for the Project and for the government counterpart/stakeholders.
